Shannon Noll brought the hits, and the Friendly Games crowd brought the energy at last night's Midweek Party. With fantastic performances, plenty of dancing and 40 years of memories to celebrate, Alice Springs certainly knows how to throw a party.
It wasn't about who crossed the finish line first, but about everyone who turned up and got amongst it. The Masters Mile brought competitors, supporters and the community together for an afternoon of movement, mateship and good old-fashioned Friendly Games fun.
From Stuart Joel Nuggett at the Opening Ceremony to Gleny Rae Virus and Katanga Junior at the Midweek Party, Territory talent has brought its own sound and personality to the Friendly Games. And there's still more to come, with Casii Williams set to take the stage at Saturday's Closing Ceremony.
