Tennis might be a game of singles and doubles, but when it came to cleaning up after the storm, everyone was on the same side of the net. With the courts left in a sorry state, there was plenty of work to be done before play could resume. And the competitors weren't about to leave it all to someone else.

Instead, they rolled up their sleeves and got stuck into the clean-up, working alongside one another to help restore the courts and get the competition back on track. A wonderful example of the camaraderie that makes the Alice Springs Masters Games so special.

And after a challenging few days for the Alice Springs community, it was another reminder of just how much can be achieved when people come together and lend a hand.

A big thank you to everyone who pitched in to help!
